This is the book I wish I had when I was expecting my babies. I was so focused on preparing for labour that I didn’t spend much, if any, time preparing for life once my baby came home. I mean I had all the baby items, but I wasn’t quite sure how they all would fit into my new life. I wasn’t aware about how my body would change after my babies were born nor what help I would need from my family and friends. I was in for a rude awakening.
